First, we remove the existing damaged render and skirting boards to expose the masonry and properly assess moisture levels. We then drill and inject a professional-grade damp-proofing chemical into the mortar line, creating a barrier that blocks rising moisture.
For added protection, we apply a penetrating soluble solution that soaks into the substrate and forms an extra moisture-resistant layer. The area is then re-rendered using waterproof rendering systems and finished with paint for a clean, durable result. We also reinstall the skirting boards once works are complete.
